Body Z Alive Adds Text Messaging to Communicate and Engage with Clients
We are happy to announce that we have added an additional text-enabled phone number!
+1-424-377-8312
Over the past year, many of our clients been used to receiving an automatic text message with a link to our schedule upon calling our office via mobile phone. This text message was sent if a member of our staff was unable to answer a call. So seeing an uptick in our ability to communicate more effectively with current and new clients via text, and decided to partner with Avochato to take our (text messaging) communication platform to another level!
Tips on how to use Body Z(en) Alive Text and Appointment Setting System:
If you should call our office number, 1 (310) 587-2639, and we are unable to answer the phone, you will (continue to) receive a text message (from 1 (424) 377-8312) with the link to our appointment scheduling page. You can use the link to schedule an appointment or you may leave a voicemail and we will call you back.
In turn, you may also us text us a short message and we will respond shortly.*
Please do not request appointments via text, however you may use text messaging to let us know if you are running late or need to cancel. We ask that you try to cancel appointments yourself (on the scheduling page) and reschedule there as well if necessary.
To receive the link to our appointment scheduling page (via your mobile device), without calling the office, text the word Zen to +1 (424) 377-8312.
You may also visit our website and click on the “Z” icon on the lower right corner to add your mobile number to our Avochato platform. The system will automatically send a text via our website to your mobile device.
We recommend that you save our new text enabled number in your mobile device as “Text Body Z Alive.”
What does text messaging mean for Body Z(en) Alive clients?

*We do ask that if too many text messages are in play, we have prolonged conversations via voice calls!
