New and improved parking arrangements at our office building, 1137 2nd St, Santa Monica.*

As January 1, 2024, the new rates (Monday - Saturday) are:
- First 3 hours: $8 with a validation (see the attendant for validation details)
- First 3 hours: $10 without a validation
- Each additional hour: $8
- Maximum daily rate: $40
- No overnight parking or in/out privileges

*There is also metered parking in front of the building on 2nd St.

We believe the parking lot changes will enhance accessibility and ensure a more organized parking environment.
